A Norwich shed builder, ten minutes from Eaton
Eaton’s period houses off Newmarket Road and Bluebell Road tend to come with long, mature gardens that deserve more than a flat-pack box at the bottom. We design and build sheds in our Norwich workshop to fit the space, the style of the house and what you actually need to store, then deliver and install across the city.

Made to order in Norwich
Why a bespoke shed makes sense in Eaton
A lot of Eaton gardens are long, well planted and overlooked by a handsome house, so a shed is on show from the kitchen window every day. Our customers here usually want something that looks like it belongs: a pent roof that sits below the fence line, a painted finish to match the garden room or the back door, or an apex workshop with a window that catches the afternoon light. Because we build to order, the proportions and position are decided by your garden rather than a catalogue.
Workshops, studios and bike stores
We fit plenty of plain storage sheds in Eaton, but just as many are used as potting sheds, hobby workshops and secure bike stores for families cycling into the city along the Marriott’s Way and the riverside paths. Double doors, extra height, a workbench run and 50mm framing for a sturdier feel are all options, and we can add power-ready trunking so your electrician has an easy job.
Narrow side access, no problem
Most Eaton terraces and semis are reached down a side passage, sometimes with a gate under a metre wide. We build in panels sized to fit through the access you have and assemble in the garden, so there is no crane, no fence panels lifted out and no damage to borders. Bases, guttering and water butts can be done on the same visit.
See it before you buy
The Woodyard on Plumstead Road East is a short drive across the city, and we would rather you stood inside one of our sheds and checked the timber, the floor and the door hardware than ordered from a photo. Bring your garden dimensions and we will talk through sizes and prices on the spot.

Common Questions About Our Products
Can you build a shed to fit a specific gap in my Eaton garden?
Yes, every shed is made to order in our Norwich workshop. Give us the width, depth and the maximum height you want and we will design around it, including awkward spots beside boundary walls or under trees.
Do you install sheds in Eaton or just deliver them?
We deliver and install. Our fitters bring the shed in panels, carry it through your side access and assemble it on site, usually in a few hours. We can lay the base beforehand if you need one.
Can the shed be painted to match my house or garden room?
Yes. We can supply the shed treated and ready for your chosen colour or finish it for you. Many Eaton customers go for a muted grey, sage or black to sit quietly against planting.
How much does a bespoke shed cost compared to a flat-pack?
Prices depend on size and spec, but a made-to-order shed from us uses heavier framing, better cladding and a proper floor, so it lasts many years longer than a budget flat-pack. Our current starting prices are on the sheds page, and we give fixed quotes after a quick site visit.
