Are your products guaranteed?
Timber is a natural product, so we can’t guarantee it against movement, cracking or colour change over time. Our workmanship is guaranteed when we install, and Trex decking carries manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years.
How long will my order take?
Fencing, decking boards and materials are usually ready from stock. Made-to-order sheds typically take a few weeks from order, and we confirm the date when you buy.
What payment options are available?
We accept cards and bank transfers. For supply and fit, payment terms are agreed before any work begins.
