Common Questions About Our Products
Can I buy supply only, without fitting?
Yes. Everything we sell is available supply only. Collect from The Woodyard on Plumstead Road in Norwich, or ask us about delivery across Norfolk.
Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Quotes are free whether you want supply only or supply and fit, and they set out materials, sizes and lead times so there are no surprises later.
Where do you deliver and fit?
We’re based in Norwich and deliver and fit across Norfolk. If you’re not sure whether you’re in range, give us a call and we’ll confirm in minutes.
Are your products guaranteed?
Our sheds and timber products are built to last and backed by our workmanship guarantee when we fit them. Trex decking carries manufacturer warranties of up to 50 years.
How long will my order take?
Fencing, decking boards and materials are usually ready from stock. Made-to-order sheds typically take a few weeks from order, and we confirm the date when you buy.
What payment options are available?
We accept cards and bank transfers. For supply and fit, payment terms are agreed before any work begins.
